FAQs

As your (eagerly!) appointed Bridal Hairstylist, I understand there’s never a more important time to secure the right fit – and you thought saying yes to the dress was the most stressful part! I understand wedding planning doesn’t wait for anyone, so if you have a burning question and it isn’t answered below, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Yes. I require all my beautiful brides settle a $200 deposit upon confirming a date. This is a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee and ensures that I will see you bright and early on the morning of your wedding!
Event Hairstyling requires a $30 deposit.

do I require a Deposit to book my date?

when is my final payment due?

The final balance is due 7-14 days before the wedding date. I find it gets to stressful for brides making payment on or after the wedding day as there's lots going on! And lets not forget you will be off enjoying your beautiful honeymoon!

Is it necessary to have a trial?

I encourage all my clients to attend their hair trial as it is best practice and I want to ensure that I create a look which will work seamlessly with the other components of your wedding. Whilst I am an excellent problem solver and go above and beyond to ensure you fall in love with your wedding hair, attending your trial helps to alleviate any accessory or styling anxieties.

Do you offer a mobile service?

Yes! I flexibly offer mobile services, Toni will travel to your location so you can relax in the comfort of your home, accommodation or venue.

What time will you arrive?

Typically, I will arrive 15 minutes early in the morning, however catering to a larger bridal party can mean I need additional time to work my magic. I will work closely with you to establish a start time so you can relax and enjoy the moments before your ceremony begins.

Do you have a booking minimum booking?

Yes! The booking minimum is four adults.

Am I able to have hair done for everyone in my bridal party?

In most cases, yes. In the case of a large bridal party 8 or more ill have a second hairstylist come along. It is recommended that hair and makeup is completed one hour prior to leaving for your ceremony. Please let me know the size of your party when booking.

How long will it take to do my hair on the day?

When it comes to hair, I allow approximately 90 minutes for the bride, 60 minutes for bridesmaides/mob/other guests and 30 minutes for flower girls.
60 minutes for Event hairstyling.

Can I bring my hair accessories to my trial?

Yes of course! In fact, I strongly encourage you to. This allows us to play around with placement and adjust your desired hair style so it works beautifully with your accessories.
