Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By proceeding to pay a deposit/booking fee you agree to be bound by these conditions.

1. Booking Fees
Your wedding day proposal is valid for 14 days and will remain tentative until a booking deposit has been paid. To secure and confirm your wedding date, we do require a non-refundable deposit of $200 to be paid. Your booking may incur applicable fees such travel fee, parking fee, public holiday fee and early morning fee.

2. Trials
Trials are offered 2-4 months out from your wedding day. Trials are approximately 1.5 hours, are non-refundable and are held at separate locations depending on the stylist:
Toni: Is only offering mobile trials at this point in time.
Trials are held primarily during the week as there is minimal-to-no weekend availability due to weddings.

3. Payments
Your outstanding invoice and booking re-confirmation will be emailed 4 weeks out from your wedding and your final payment is due 7-14 days prior to your wedding day.

4. Changes to Bookings
Once your deposit is paid and your booking is confirmed, the number of guests cannot be changed to a lesser amount as our booking minimum is 5 Adults Friday and Saturdays and 4 adults every other day, and 8 people [excluding flowergirls] for 2 stylists.
Additional guests may be added to your booking subject to availability and at the time of change, an updated invoice will be provided.

5. Cancellations
In the event that you cancel your booking within 6 months’ notice of the wedding date but with more than 30 days of the wedding date, your $200 deposit is non-refundable. However, you will not be invoiced for the remainder of your invoice.
In the event that you cancel your booking within 30 days of the wedding date, your $200 deposit is non-refundable and you will still be invoiced for your full invoice amount.
This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is cancelled due to personal relationship breakdown, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, changes to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.
In the event that you postpone your wedding and wish to reschedule your booking due to but not limited to: health pandemics, changes to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures, your $200 deposit is non-refundable and we do require more than 30 days notice so that you will not be invoiced for the remainder of your invoice.
In the event that you do postpone and reschedule your wedding, you are welcome to transfer your deposit to your re-scheduled wedding date with our available stylists at the new stylist's rate where a new booking confirmation and invoice will be provided. Please Note; we do only offer one option to reschedule.
In the event that you fail to notify us of your request to cancel your booking, your deposit is non-refundable and you will still be invoiced for your full invoice amount.

6. Photography
Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use and advertising purposes online and printed material. Full credit will be given to any professional photos and videos taken by photographers and videographers.
